ParentVUE Tip Sheet
- Synergy recommends using the Google Chrome web browser when logging into ParentVUE.
- The Activation Key you receive to activate your ParentVUE account is only used once - at the time you activate your account. Afterward, you DO NOT need an activation key. Log into your ParentVUE account using your user ID and password only.
- You must activate your ParentVUE web portal account before you can use the ParentVUE mobile app to access your child's records on your mobile device.
- We strongly recommend that you use a computer or laptop (i.e not your phone or tablet), to complete Online Registration (OLR).
- You should periodically clear your browser's cache to ensure that you are viewing the most current version of student information when using ParentVUE. Here's a quick video on how to clear the cache on a device: Clear Browser Cache
- ParentVUE account settings can be edited from the "Account" tab in ParetVUE.
