Welcome to Pacific Grove USD.  We serve the communities of Pacific Grove and half of Pebble Beach.  The general boundary and residency requirements are described here.

Parents with students new to the district can begin enrollment on Monday 3/27/17.

Returning families with SchoolMint accounts can begin re-enrolling on July 17, 2017.
Returning families without a SchoolMint account can create an account and enroll now.
(Be sure to indicate that your student(s) attended PGUSD in 16-17.)

If you are new to our district and eligible to attend PGUSD, we ask that you bring your residency documents to the school you’d like to attend and then use our online registration system to complete your enrollment forms.  PGUSD offers online registration in response to many requests by parents who prefer not to handle so many paper forms each year.  It is a new option for us and we welcome your feedback.

SchoolMint Online Registration

PGUSD has partnered with SchoolMint – an online registration program.  To use the online registration system, go to our SchoolMint address and create your family account (one account per family).

New families then add all of your students and complete all the forms.

Re-Enrolling families then locate your student(s) using an individual access code that was mailed to your home in late July.  Each student has their own access code.

SchoolMint has video tutorials on how to create your family account if you’d like some help.

Remember to write down your username and password for future access to your family’s SchoolMint account. Once you login and can view your student’s information, open each form, answer the questions and save that form.  You can save your work and return later to finish. If you have documents to submit, you can scan or take a picture and upload the documents all online. Signatures can be done with a mouse, trackpad on your laptop, or onscreen for tablets/phones.

For students re-enrolling for 2017-18 who were here in the 16-17 school year:

With a returning student there are very few annual forms to complete, so we ask you to finish your entries by Tuesday, August 1st.  This will give us time to process your forms and contact you if there are any questions.
IF YOU HAVE MOVED, you can fill in your forms online, but you will need to bring a new proof of residency document to your school site.
