Registration

New Students to PGUSD
New-student registration begins Tuesday, July 23, 2019.  Parents/guardians should go to their prospective school site with the new student’s original birth certificate AND original residency documents. There and with these two documents, you will be given access to the Illuminate Parent Portal where you will complete your student’s online Pre-registration form. Once the school office staff reviews and a approves your form, your student will be placed in their class(es) for the new school year. Each parent/legal guardian can request their own parent portal account. However, only one parent/guardian (a.k.a. the “primary contact“) will be responsible for completing and submitting the online registration form. Returning PGUSD Students (re-enrolling for 2019-20 who were here during the 18-19 school year):
2019-20 returning-student registration begins online Monday, July 15, 2019. Returning-student parents/guardians should already have an active Illuminate Parent Portal account.  Parents/guardians can begin completing the online re-enrollment form starting July 15, 2019.  Each parent/guardian may have their own parent portal account. However, only one parent/ guardian (a.k.a. the “primary contact“) will be responsible for completing and submitting the online registration form. We ask that you finish your online re-enrollment form by Tuesday, July 23rd. This will give staff time to process your forms and contact you if there are any questions. If need help accessing or logging into the Parent Portal,  please visit our Illuminate Help For Parents page or contact your school’s front office.
