ASE – After School Enrichment

Welcome to the PGUSD After School Enrichment Program (ASE) 2017-18

I would like to thank all the parents who supported the After School Enrichment program this school year!  With four sessions offered this past school year, our elementary students at both Forest Grove and Robert Down had fun learning while exploring art, theater, chess, yoga and Ukulele.  Please join me in saying thank you to our wonderful ASE instructors for providing these amazing opportunities to our students.

With plans already being made for next school year, I am once again reaching out to all parents, asking if anyone is interested in joining our ASE program so that new classes can be offered to our students.  If any parent out there would like to teach a gardening class, please let me know. Also, many students are interested in learning how to knit or crochet. If there is a hobby or skill that you would like share with our students, I would like to speak with you about it!

The first ASE session for the ‘18 – ‘19 school year will begin on Tuesday, September 4th so upcoming classes will be announced shortly after school resumes in August.

Enjoy your summer break!

**Our expectation is that all children will behave in a manner which is supportive of their fellow students and the faculty.  Failure to live up to this expectation may lead to removal of any student from the program after consultation with the parents.

** Scholarship policy:  one full or partial offered per session to be applied towards class as space is available.  Limit one per student/family per school year.
