ALERT: Important Notice from the California Department of Education
In light of a recent court order that would have forced the California Department of Education to release up to 10 million student records to the attorneys of a third party, Pacific Grove Unified School District reaffirms its commitment to student privacy and its willingness to help families protect sensitive student information. (Court Case Update here.)
Parents and students can object to the disclosure of students’ protected personal information and records arising from the court order in the Morgan Hill Concerned Parents Association and the Concerned Parent Association v. California Department of Education lawsuit.
