ASE – After School Enrichment

Welcome to the PGUSD After School Enrichment Program (ASE) 2017-18

I am so excited for the three session that are planned for our students this school year. The first ASE session will begin on Tuesday, September 5th and it will conclude on Thursday, October 12th, just before Fall Break begins.

Registration for classes will start on Tuesday, August 22nd at 8 am.  ASE forms will be available at your student’s school front office  with class descriptions and cost.  The ASE class form will also be available to download and print from this webpage.   Please be aware that registration can only be completed at the front offices of Forest Grove and Robert Down. Only complete forms with payment will guarantee your students place in class.   At this time, on-line registration is not available.

Please let me know if you are interested in leading a class to share a skill with our children. The ASE program is always looking for new and exciting ideas for our classes.

**Our expectation is that all children will behave in a manner which is supportive of their fellow students and the faculty.  Failure to live up to this expectation may lead to removal of any student from the program after consultation with the parents.

** Scholarship policy:  one full or partial offered per session to be applied towards class as space is available.  Limit one per student/family per school year.
